A. SUGAR AND SALT SCRUBS- can be used one to two times per week - apply circular motion to free dirt oil and ingrown hairs. The Hemp seed Oil Infused Facial Cleanser should be applied prior to use. Q. How often do I need to use Green Tea Moisturizer to see results?      
A. Green Tea face moisturizer can be used twice a day- morning and evening, after both face and  body has been thoroughly cleansed.  Apply to dry skin.        Use SPF 15 or higher if going out in sun.  Apply product to small patch of skin to test for allergic reaction.

Q. How often do I need to use Toner to see results?      
 A. TONER-can be used twice a day- morning and evening, after face and neck have been thoroughly cleansed using Hemp seed oil Infused Facial Cleanser. Use cloth to dry the topical area before applying.  Apply product to small patch of skin to test for allergic reaction.

Q. How often do I need to use Hemp seed Oil Infused Facial Cleanser to see results?  
A. Facial Cleanser-can be used twice a day- morning and evening, after face and neck have been thoroughly cleansed.  Apply product to small patch of skin to test for allergic reaction.

Q. How often do I need to use Turmeric Masks to see results?  
A. TURMERIC MASKS- can be used two to three times a week.  The Hemp seed Oil Infused Facial Cleanser should be applied prior to use. For sensitive skin, use once a week. Apply product to small patch of skin to test for allergic reaction.

Q.  Will Turmeric stain?                
A. Turmeric will tint both surface areas as well as hair.  Keep away from eyebrow and hair line. Wear gloves, use cosmetic facial mask brush to avoid stained fingers. Apply protection, such as a towel to the surface of counter tops. 

Q. What is the expiration date of my products?    
A. Suggested typical shelf life is 6-12 months.  The biggest indicators that a product has outlasted its shelf life are a drastic change is smell or color.                                                                               *******************************************************************************************  If ingredients separate , use utensil to stir and mix well prior to each use-Honey and/or freshly squeezed lemon juice can be added to any mask to decrease viscosity. ***MunetteNaturals only uses preservatives in Lotions and Creams, which aids in maintaining consistency of liquid ingredients.

Q. Where can I track my orders  
A. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.  This email will contain your tracking numbers.

Q. What is the cost of shipping?      
A. The cost of shipping is currently a flat rate of $5.50 on all orders.

Q. When will I get my order?      
 A. USPS Priority Shipping is typically delivered within 1-3 days from the day the package was shipped.  Please note, this delivery time frame does NOT include processing time for the order.  Processing may take 1-3 days prior to ship date.

Returns & Exchanges
 
Q. Can I cancel my order?    
A. MunetteNaturals begins processing immediately, to ensure prompt delivery.  We are unable to cancel or change an order once its submitted.

Q. Can I get a refund on my order?  
 A. MunetteNaturals will accept Exchanges ONLY.  To initiate an exchange, please visit Exchanges page and fill out the required return request form.  Include name, order number, name of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return in your request form.  We will provide a pre-paid shipping label upon request for $7.50.  The amount will be deducted from total cost of the exchange.  Please read full exchange policy before submitting your request to insure that you are eligible for a exchange or store credit.
